Josh Loukus, Ph.D.

Josh provides ideation, inspiration, and perspiration to the development of world class products. Josh is also the President of REL Inc. which manufactures electro-mechanical material handling solutions for manufacturing facilities. REL equipment is utilized daily in the production of building materials, non-destructive testing of aerospace components, and material testing worldwide.
Dr. Loukus has been issued 7 patents and has more than 30 patents pending. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Phil L’Esperance

With over 25 years of experience in the industrial space, Phil specializes in spearheading operations-focused initiatives that help fast-paced organizations improve their business. He is responsible for managing client relationships and new pursuits with an emphasis on operations performance improvement, planning, and lean process opportunities. Phil has extensive experience in multiple industries including automotive, industrial, food, and medical device manufacturing. Phil is also the COO of Ascension Group International, a technology-led management consulting and private equity firm.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Science, Industrial from Central Michigan University.
Roy Loukus
General Manager
Roy brings 15 years of Project Engineering experience along with a hands on problem solving approach and technical knowledge of machining and manufacturing. Understanding the finite details of projects Roy also supports the team in Technical Sales. As General Manager he works with the local team to ensure customer satisfaction with high quality parts and on time delivery.
Roy received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
